Clean

1. The Clean: The clean is a more typical exercise that has been adapted through use of the kettlebell to make it more accessible to the everyday person instead of the average musclehead in the gym. The clean can be a stressful yet beneficial exercise for the body. It is important to maintain proper form in order to avoid any undue stress or injury. If done properfly, this can be a great exercise for almost the whole body.

One Leg Dead Lift

2. Single Leg Deadlift: The single leg deadlift is similar to the sumo deadlift in the muscles that it works. Remember to keep your knee straight or else you will be robbing yourself of most of the benefits of this exercise.
