In TrainerTV’s final episode of Get Hot Yoga, we learn more advanced techniques and poses such as a Gentle Spinal Twist, Knees To Chest, Leg Extension, Leg Spread and Rollbacks. Center yourself and begin.

Episode 6 Step-By-Step

v6-1

1. Namaste: For the final Namaste of the series, return to basics and focus on your breathing. Take notice of every breath: in and out. Center yourself and arrive at a perfect peace…

v6-6

6. Rollbacks: Having just tested your flexibility, the RollBacks are here to get your blood circulating and loosen up any muscles left that may be afflicted with tension. When you feel yourself come to a state of relaxation – proceed into our final Namaste…

v6-7

7. Namaste: For our final Namaste, reflect on your progress as a student of Yoga. Take pride in your accomplishment and build up determination in any areas of weakness. Honor yourself and your instructor. Namaste…
