1. PC & Mac Compatible?
Yup! TrainerTV utilizes the most advanced on-demand, high-definition video streaming technology that doesn’t require the download or installation of any special software (other than Flash). There are no CDs, DVDs, or serial numbers to keep track of and lose.
2. Can I download my favorite videos?
At this time, you cannot. But then again, you don’t need to! With an active TrainerTV account, your favorite trainers and videos are always available to you in our archive, on-demand, when and where you want to watch them.
3. Are all trainers certified?
In most cases, the trainers we feature on TrainerTV are certified by their respective nationally-accredited certification body. When possible, we do list the certifications – though we do not verify their accuracy or current status.
4. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. TrainerTV is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
5. Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Instead of a money-back guarantee, we offer a full 30-day trial period. Upon enrolling as a member or when you join a class, we will give you a 30 day-trial period and on the 31st day, your card will be charged for your first three months. If, at any time within the first 30 days you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply request not to be charged going forward and voila!
6. How does the 30-day trial membership work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you will never be charged. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.
7. What type of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Currently, we do not accept Google Checkout or Amazon payments. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
