Andrea’s perfect form produces the results you want from Pilates – and by demonstrating the corkscrew Andrea does just that. The corkscrew is a Pilates exercise that targets your abdominal region and builds your core muscles.

A tough move for tough looking results. A favorite move of personal trainer Jamie is the side plank with a pulse. This move has different variations to mix up your workout and get you looking like you always wanted.
A classic exercise here, all we need are a couple of dumbbells and a fighter’s spirit.
Here we have a cardio version of a Circuit. We’re going to combine three exercises into one routine to really get that heart pumping.
Remember Pushdowns? Hip thrusts are another step up. Get on your bench and get ready for another great exercise.
