Nikki is back with the Band and ready to keep going with some more squats, and this time we’re even going to throw a Row in there. So grab your Band and get ready.

Now we’re going to give our Band a workout too as we try another great lunge, this time throwing in a Tricep Extension.
Nikki loves her squats! And with this one she’s going to throw a curl in to help us tone those arms.
Here we go! Getting ready again, now we’re going to take a break from our lunges and go straight into some Squat Press’.
