Get loose! This is an important episode in Jamie’s series and shouldn’t be missed. With all that strength core training, it is vital to remember to stretch it out and get loose so we can build more muscle. (Not to mention it will strengthen those abs and help you become more agile.)
Have a Minute? You can knock these out at the office they’re so simple and quick. This is a great abs exercise to incorporate into your daily life. Who doesn’t love a quick and simple workout that maintains your abs?
Just like the old woodchop Jamie has showed us just mixed up with a squat. Sound simple enough? Practice this move with perfect form and really feel abs muscles you never thought you had.
Pedal your heart out and feel those abs burning! No bicycle necessary folks. That’s right all you need here are your good old fashion running shoes…or none if you prefer.
An advance exercise that really tests your strength and balance. If you have been following Jamie’s excellent videos we switch up the plank and really begin to use those muscles we have built so far. This is a workout for those who really want to expand upon endurance.
A tough move for tough looking results. A favorite move of personal trainer Jamie is the side plank with a pulse. This move has different variations to mix up your workout and get you looking like you always wanted.
Walk the plank and take the plunge for those abs you always wanted. Personal trainer Jamie focuses on the importance of working on your technique. An old simple yet effective move the plank is still around and still whipping people in shape.
By the way, medicine ball optional. Great exercise to chisel your abs and work on technique. Focus and drive are all you need for this workout.
To finish up our set we’re going to warm down a little bit with some Toe Raises.
A classic exercise here, all we need are a couple of dumbbells and a fighter’s spirit.
In our next episode we’re implementing another new tool to help us refine our workout: the bar. If you don’t have an exercise bar at home, try using a broomstick.
Here we have a cardio version of a Circuit. We’re going to combine three exercises into one routine to really get that heart pumping.
The next exercise with our medicine ball is more cardio geared than the first so get ready for an aerobic workout too.
With this episode we’re going to try something new with the Medicine Ball. We’ve done squats before so now we’re going to shake things up.
